Barclays is a British multinational investment bank and financial services company, founded in 1896 and headquartered in London, England. The Group is one of the UK's biggest banks and is listed on the FTSE 100 index of the London Stock Exchange. The company operates in more than 60 countries in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. 

Challenge

The client needed to produce visuals of 30 real estate assets in over 20 cities across the UK on a tight schedule.

The main objective was to shoot both the interior of the buildings and the exterior using a drone in order to capture the main features.

We were challenged to find and mobilize photographers across the country, having an expertise in this type of shooting. 

Solution

To meet our client's demand we were able to mobilize 15 local photographers specialized in real estate and architecture shootings, but also capable of shooting with a drone. 

Divided by geographical areas to carry out the shootings, the creative talents had to respect a common set of specifications in order to keep the same visual identity and deliver harmonious and coherent visuals. 

The client had its dedicated contact, capable of directing and orienting the various shootings and adapting to the imposed and sometimes changing schedule.

Deliverables

We delivered to the client 800 visuals of its real estate assets, with interior and exterior shots.
